Are your server managed or unmanaged?

All Virtual Private Servers from vixile are 100% fully managed, we will assist you in any matter we possibly can to make you feel comfortable and secure.

What specs does your server has?

All server is a minimum, Dual Quad Core 2.4GHz, 12 GB DDR2 RAM, 2 x 1000GB HDD on a 100mbps connection.

Where can i login to SolusVM?

You can securely login at https://vm.vixile.net:5656, if you have any issues then please don't hesitate to contact us.

Do you install my control panel?

If you ordered a panel, we will install it within 12 hours after setup! During this time, we recommend you do not login as it may interrupt the installation process.

When is my VPS setup?

Usually within an hour or two, although occasionally up to 24 hours. Contact us if you need ot quickly!

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Paypal and Plastic cards (2Checkout), each options will give you a secure and reliable way to pay your invoices with.

PayPal and 2Checkout are authorized retailers of services provided by Vixile.

How do I upgrade my VPS? Any downtime?

Simply open up a sales ticket or do the upgrade from your Client Area, the upgrade has no downtime (XEN requires a reboot) and will take affect immediately.

My VPS is down, help!

If your server goes down, the most likely reason is it crashed from excessive resource usage. The best thing you can do is login to SolusVM and click "Boot" or "Reboot" to start your VPS. If there are any issues during this process, submit a prioritized ticket and we will reboot it manually.
